I’ve been a Spartan since the old days :D
I always try to practice a life of gratitude and Thankful Thursdays is a good time to put it out there. I saw something in my news feed this morning which was a great reminder of choosing to live a happy life:
There is so much to be thankful for, but I’d like to call out a few things this week:
- My sister Carelee, who visited this week from Georgia. Even though we may be 19 years apart in age and people think she’s my daughter!
- My mom, who always manages to help get my house in order. Thank you mom!
- All of the people in my life. The ones who are amazing friends and family, and the ones who aren’t– there’s always a lesson to be learned.
- CrossFit and having completed my first year. I can’t imagine not having it in my life!
